We can ship most items abroad (some things such as Brazilian Rosewood or Ivory cannot be exported due to CITES).

* PRICE AND TAX
When shipped overseas, our instruments are exempt from Japan's domestic consumer tax, allowing foreign buyers a discounted price. Let us know your country and we will provide a quote with combined shipping in our reply.
We don't undervalue items on custom forms. Any import taxes are not decided by us, so please research whether they are required in your country.

* PAYMENT
We accept payments through PayPal or bank wire transfer.

* SHIPPING
We ship items same or next day of confirmed payment and always do a thorough check/setup before packing.
We have years of experience safely shipping packages overseas and normally use Japan Post's EMS service but can take requests to use other services such as FedEx.
Our parcels include insurance and tracking for you to check its status on the courier’s website.
Packages typically arrive in 1-2 weeks

We don't accept returns on international orders,
