We can ship almost items internationally, although we can't export a few items limited by CITES like Brazilian Rosewood or Ivory.

* PRICE AND TAX
If the shipping address is outside Japan, Japanese domestic tax (called "消費税(Shouhizei)") won't be added to the price.
Customs duties(import tax) isn't included in the item price or shipping cost. If you have question about import tax, please contact to nearby tax office in your country. We don't know about foreign tax rates.
We don't undervalue the item on the custom form.


* SHIPPING
Normally, we use EMS or FedEx.
Shipping cost varies by the destination country.
Parcel has the tracking number, you can check shipping status at transporter website.
Generally, it will take about 1-2 weeks to deliver.
*It may take much days to deliver due to COVID-19.


* PAYMENT
We accept the follwing three payment method.
   Bank Wire Transfer
   Money Order
   PayPal
We don't accept credit card payment issued outside Japan.
Please use PayPal service if you want to use your credit card.
We will ship the item after the payment asap.


* RETURN POLICY
On international deal, we don't accept a return.
But please feel free to tell us if the item you received is broken or defective. We will make effort to solve the matter.
